Hello everyone! New investor over here! I've read a few of the Bigger Pocket books and so excited to get started on my first investment! I have been researching on trying to find the best way to finance (I'm located in SW FL) for the BRRRR strategy, but not having the best of luck, so thought I would ask you! Interested in the Fort Myers Area, Cape Coral, Port Charlotte. I personally use Guild for my own home, really like them. But more Pricey I think, (Could be wrong)

Definitely a hard market to be starting out in right now! BRRRR properties are going to be very difficult to find, as I've had a handful of investors looking for months now to find something that would work. Solid rental property purchases, however, are definitely in decent supply. House hacking is a great way to get started with one of these, and definitely much easier to do sooner than a BRRRR.
