Sewer, Always Scope It.....

This is a quick reminder to scope the sewer line. I had a client where we had a deal under contract, did the scope and it looked clean until it went under the street. It was ABS plastic till then but there was a repair needed there. Under the street get's very expensive. He had recent experience where a repair went from 8K to 30K due to going under the street.

Spend the few hundred bucks on the scope during your due diligence, always worth it.
