When is the bigger pockets IPO?

With the IPO craze that has recently overtaken the stock market, (Linkedin, Pandora, Zillow, etc) is it only a matter of time before we see a Bigger Pockets IPO?

We are actually in the process (its all in the hands of the lawyers at this point) of some corporate restructuring to make it possible to bring investors in, Joel. I believe that at some point in the next 2 weeks that should be complete and I will begin to engage some serious conversations at that point.

I believe that BiggerPockets is well positioned to grow dramatically with the influx of some working capital - my vision for the future of this company is very cool - and I am excited about the possibility of working with a much larger budget in the not too distant future. That said, we don't presently have any outside investors.
