I give a strong 2nd to James on Dropbox. It is amazing. I can access all my info from my phone, iPad, or computer all the time and you can share selected folders with people if you want (I have different partners on deals that I share folders with, spreadsheets, etc).

If there is such an app, I'd love to know about it. I just enter my mileage on the calendar as all-day events, so they stay at the top of the list. Not ideal, but it works... when I remember.
Just yesterday I found out about TripLog, although it might only be available for Android. Basic functionality is free, and a few bucks for auto-start and stop once plugged in the car charger, multiple vehicles, multiple trip types (biz, moving...), and reports that are supposedly IRS-proof.
I haven't had a chance to test it yet, though.

Does anyone have (or know of) an app to get instant notifications of email? I looked online and people suggest getting a gmail account, but I have a godaddy email through my website that I prefer to use.
When I had a Blackberry, I received instant notifications, but the iphone seems to lag.

Hey Rob K, not sure if this is what you're looking for, but have you tried changing your email settings on your phone to "Push" the emails to your phone (under the Fetch New Data settings)? They should then get "pushed" right to your phone.

Thanks Kyle. I have it set to push, but the most frequently that it will happen is every 15 minutes. I have grown accustomed to getting them faster than that.

Assuming you have a POP3 or IMAP account with GoDaddy, you may want to look into a separate mail app. Most of them will let you set the polling interval, however, not all of them are fully customizable so you can set it to 1 minute or whatever your personal update urgency level is accustomed to ;)
Depending how badly you want it, you can jump through hoops and have email forwarded to gmail or somehow have gmail collect from other POP accounts. But it very quickly gets messy and unorganized, especially if you access emails from elsewhere, too.
Use the IMAP protocol, it allows you to get email on basically unlimited computers at the same time. I have an android cell and tablet but that is irrelevant, IMAP should work with any email client these days, IPhone, Android or otherwise.

Scanbot or Scanner Pro (still haven't decided which one I like more) - for converting photos of bills/receipts into PDF/smaller and B&W image files (integrates with Evernote as well).
Evernote - for keeping track of documents and organizing them (I digitalize every paper I may need in the future).
1Password - for keeping my passwords secure and easily accessible at the same time.
Outlook as replacement of email client (like it better than Apple Mail or Google Gmail email apps).
The Property - for creating rent invoices, keeping track of rent payments and expenses.
