BRRRR Fund (Taking Investor Money to Execute the BRRRR Strategy)

A business partner and I are planning to launch a real estate fund where we take investor capital and execute the BRRRR strategy. This is not an offer or solicitation - we’re looking for people experienced in this specific area. Thus far, we’ve not run across any similar funds. We’ve been successfully using the BRRRR strategy for several years and are looking to scale up activities, and help some other people get a nice return on their passive investment. We‘re sure that this has been done by someone in the past and we‘d love to leverage your experiance for the benefit of both sides. FYI - we have the deal identification, rehab, financing, and property management systems in place. We do not have the profit sharing & PPM figured out.
