Has anyone used the Flipster software that Jerry Norton has? I am getting started with flipping and am wondering if this is something that others have used and would recommend OR not recommend.
Any input or suggestions of tools that may be better is welcomed!
I signed up with Flipster in March/2022 because he offered free skip tracing. The skip tracing was the only reason I tried the software. When I ran another list this month, they changed the system and no longer offer free skip tracing so I cancelled the service. The phone numbers I got the month before were good numbers and I was pleased with that. The good thing is that you aren't locked into a subscription so you can try it for $97 and see how you like it on a month-to-month basis, then cancel anytime. I didn't really try out the whole system because I use FreedomSoft and PropStream, but it looked like an okay system to go with. I wouldn't go for the upgraded systems he offers because it's not worth the cost.
