I've been a BP member for a couple of years, but am just now starting my real estate journey. I'm primarily targeting flip deals in the Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania, VA areas. I'd love to connect with any other investors in the area, and would especially like to meet any real estate agents who work with investors, as I'm looking for an agent to partner with as I look for flip deals.
