Investor in Fredericksburg, VA looking to Connect

Hi Everyone, 

I've been a BP member for a couple of years, but am just now starting my real estate journey. I'm primarily targeting flip deals in the Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania, VA areas. I'd love to connect with any other investors in the area, and would especially like to meet any real estate agents who work with investors, as I'm looking for an agent to partner with as I look for flip deals. I look forward to being a part of this community!

Go to NETWORK at the top of your screen and you can search for other investors and investment groups in your area. You can also check meetup.com or search facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area.

    I've had great luck with Facebook groups in my area. There's usually several that both share ideas on Facebook and have some form of monthly meetup

    @Heath Holladay,

    You should contact @Shera Gregory as she's a local real estate agent/investor/flipper and can help you out.     

    As far as meeting people, go to Meetup.com; there are a few ones in Richmond-- figure out which part you want to focus on, as there is the Richmond RING, Chesterfield REI, and Petersburg/Hopewell/Tricities meetup. There are many people doing flips in the area, and often, wholesalers will bring deals directly to the meetings. It's worth the drive if you network and talk to the right people! I hope this helps!

    Thanks for all of the tips! I'll check out the NETWORK tab, and search for any local Facebook and Meetup groups to connect with some more local investors.
