Is it common practice to become an agent only to invest

Posted

Hello everyone,  I'm starting my real estate journey,  and my question is. Is it cost efficient and productive to be your own agent or have a real estate agent in investing in properties?

Its common that people get their license.

It is uncommon that they actually renew it.

87% of people who get a license do not actually renew it.

What that tells me is everyone thinks its a good idea, then they dont actually use it enough to justify the costs.
