Before and After

Hi BP community,

I am currently wrapping up renovation on a townhouse flip using a hard money loan and would love to hear about and see others before and after photos. I would love to hear how the resell went vs. your initial predictions and analysis.  

I am currently a little over budget with the rehab but that extra cost is actually adding a lot of value as it adds a third bedroom!
