Flipping houses in northwest Indiana
Hey guys I'm in NW INDIANA. Looking to get into flipping. Using PM+HML. Need some advice.
want to make some money flipping save up and start buying rentals. I've posted a bunch on local groups and wholesale groups. Going to reach out to agents and brokers tomorrow.
how else can I find good deals in my market?
my biggest thing is contractors. How do I find them because I've heard some crazy stories and I can't afford too. Any tips from flippers would be amazing. The mistakes you guys made when you first started out. Thank you!
