1 Million+ What’s the biggest design mistake you made?

For those flipping in LA with ARV above a million, what were some things you learned about what NOT to do or put in your house finishes/design. Or something clever you might've done to attract buyers. Sometimes budgets are tight but you still need to get that million dollar house impression since buyers can be way more meticulous than other cities. Interested to hear from others.
