Where to buy seriously discounted flip materials in Phoenix?

Hello! I have a D (at best!) rental in Phoenix and my outgoing tenant trashed the place. I need new cabinets, paint, etc...is there a place in the Phoenix metro area that is best for buying used/dinged up or random pieces?

Ty in advance!

Habitat for Humanity Re-Store?  I've heard great things.

Check for your Opendoor flips in your area.  I hear that the project manager and crew get first dibs on the outgoing cabinets and stuff.   Maybe other flippers, too.  High-end flippers will get rid of outdated stuff that is perfectly serviceable. . .
