You can also try godaddy and buy a domain name for your address, then post pics on it. But Postlets is great! Though why not do a website that allows you to edit, and put a different page for each property, with a slide show, etc. Check out Vistaprint, it's relatively cheap, and easy to use. Plus it has alot of different features such as blog, emailing, etc. if you want upgrade.

Thanks Jerry and Karen! Karen I will check out postlets. I've seen it before but just never explored it. Jerry, I am certainly doing all that you listed and more. Great ways to market but I wanted to take advantage of a website with my house numbers and street on it. Thought that when I hand a card out with my property pic on it, which by the way I always do everywhere I go, that it might make it more appealing for a prospect to go to the professional website and take a further look see at my fantastic and beautiful properties(mine are better than everyone elses of course). I have also had wonderful success with the local newspapers and an easy to remember and use web address directly to the house they are looking for might make it easier for them to see the property immediately. So what do you think?

Why do you need a marketing company. Save the money either list it on the MLS, throw some bandit signs out, send letters to recent cash buyers, or market on craigslist. That should get that bad boy sold.
