Hello!
I'm looking for a comprehensive spreadsheet that includes all cost associated with the flip and bottom line profit. Not only rehab cost but holdover, closing, etc. Something that can give a solid snapshot of the project. I have one with line items for rehab cost only, but this doesn't give the big picture of every cost associated with a flip.
If anyone has one built or knows where to get one, I'd appreciate it!

My wife & I have one but is room by room with all estimated costs detailed & then we update it as they occur or are changed on the wife's 'I told you so' basis.
