Hello rehabbers of BP!

I'm looking to feature one of your flips in our next issue of BiggerPockets Wealth Magazine! Have you recently flipped a house? Do you have an amazing story behind the flip? Was it a screaming deal? Was the house a hoarders haven prior to you getting your hands on it? Did you take semi-professional photos of the before and after (to be printed, these photos have to be at least 300DPI so, sorry, no iPhone pics allowed).

If you fit these criteria, I want to hear from you! Let me know who you are, when you're from, and the deets of your deal by replying to this thread. Can't wait to talk!

Did a total flip on a house last year that had some serious fire damage\!

    Purchased at $202,500

    Invested: $100,000

    Sold it for $507,500!

More after photos on my website. I can send you more before photos.

@Account Closed Is flipping fire-damaged properties a regular gig for you? I flip fire-damaged properties and own a fire damage restoration company, so I was curious if you do that regularly or if that was a "one-off."

@Jeremy VanDelinder I have flipped several houses, however this was definitely a special case. Most of the houses I flip are not fire damaged. Are you solely based in Texas? If you do business in the PNW at all, I'd be happy to pass along your contact info to some of my clients that would be interested in using your company.
