How to find buyer for Maricopa Tax Liens

Hi,

I happened to bid on residential properties in Maricopa County, AZ for 2015 tax certificates. The interest bid was 5%. I was looking to bid upto a certain value but got awarded for more properties than I was planning for. I read the Arizona state laws that I can transfer the lien to someone. Can you please give me guidance where can I find a buyer for these tax liens?  Please let me know

get a list of buyers/bidders from Maricopa county or lookup who else bidded at the auction and who got what.

5% is kind of low rate so expect to get beat up on the sale price unless it's a prime real estate.
