Best Online Marketplace to Sell a Land Contract

Now that FCI has closed their marketplace is there another place anyone recommends for selling a small land contract? From a seller perspective how would the BP community rate the platforms for ease of use market audience size/quality.

There are several note communities online, including Facebook groups. For public access, have you checked out Paperstac? If you're not familiar with any of the groups, PM me and I'll provide you more detail. Many of the members here on BP buy performing and non-performing notes.

Paperstac doesn’t do Land Contracts yet.
I would try and sell it on Facebook. Also post it on bigger pockets. You can also send it to me I will take a look
