Has anyone done this with Bob Diamonds and did it work for you? How much time do I anticipate for the whole process here in Texas? Is it legit?

    I think @John Underwood and many others have have written a good amount on the topic of tax liens where you can get plenty of information yourself.  For NJ there is a book called Tax Liens written by an attorney Mark Pellegrino.  Perhaps @John Underwood can write a book for South Carolina - all he has to do is combine all his posts.

    I would be the first to purchase it, my friend.  Take a look at the tax lien book I mentioned,  I recommend following that format/information provided.  All the other books I read left out some really important details.

    In Texas, 3 things you should know about excess funds:

    1. You may not charge more than 25%

    2. That charge cannot exceed  $ 1,000

    3. You must be an attorney to charge.

    Seriously though I never heard the name before today. I used to buy off the struck off list in Texas. Haven't done that in a while but I made a little bit of money doing it. I just blindly went in and started buying though. Not recommended probably but I did make sure they were good deals.
