Recommended "I Buy Homes" Re Investor Site temaplate

Hey Everyone,

Happy Wednesday!

Does anyone have a company they would recommnd for getting a professional, sharp, and effectiveseller facing RE investors website up and running asap?

Quick question- months ago, my artsy friends told me the way I "had to" select WordPress to make a fancy buyer's age for receiving inquiries from prospective sellers from my mailers. However, it's been 6 months... and I'm done dealing with the learning curve of coding a modern site, and need it up and running now!

I would love for it to look like many of squarespace templates. However, it needs to be a wordpress theme/ template, as I paid for 3 years of wordpress already.

Any leads from you guys?

Thanks!

-Tanner

If you don't mind paying a monthly fee , you can buy an investor carrot website. look up investor carrot in google and see the kind of sites and programs that they have.

@Tanner Gish As far as I know, wordpress is free. You shouldn't have to be locked into 3 years with them. I would definitely suggest squarespace for your needs. It sounds like you just need a simple landing page with a contact form, this could be set up on squarespace in a few hours and look really nice.

@Tanner Gish

I recently ran across donedealwebsite.com they offer a free tier to try the site out.

The free package includes: (Links are to mine so you can see what they look like)

Motivated Seller Site - http://donedealwebsite.com/jscottvincent/

Wholesale Buyer Site - http://donedealwebsite.com/jscottvincent/wholesale...

Rent To Own Buyer Site - http://donedealwebsite.com/jscottvincent/buy/

Commercial Site - http://donedealwebsite.com/jscottvincent/commercia...

Land Site - http://donedealwebsite.com/jscottvincent/land/

Any of the upgraded packages adds a Property Listing Site.

I haven't started any marketing campaigns with them yet...  just thought I would share being were in the same phase...  researching a Seller Lead Site...  built in WordPress.

P.S.  I'm in no way affiliated with the company and none of the links are affiliate links...  Just passing along information.

Cheers,

Hope this helps.

Jeff

Tanner,

There are so many things that go into creating a good and effective lead capturing website that it would take the average person a long time to get things right.  I know because I've tried.

Investor Carrot is a damn good website template/service.  I'm not going to try and sell it to you, but go check it out.  If you want to see examples of the pages go to my blog and you'll find my review and links to my pages.

Another good service to look at is LeadPropeller by Danny Johnson (a bigger pockets member).
