Out of state investor looking for advice on handling GC's

Afternoon fellow BP investors, I recently found a property out of state and wanted to know how did you handle GC when you're not physically about to see the progress or lack there of?

For our clients, we do our best to supply narrated BEFORE videos with bids and AFTER videos showing completion.

So, it can be done if you can find a property manager in the area of your property willing to do all that.
