Hey everyone,

I’m looking to connect with buyer agents who primarily represent fix-and-flip and BRRRR investors in NYC and North NJ.

I spend most of my time underwriting value-add residential opportunities and prefer working alongside agents whose clients understand realistic numbers, timelines, and execution.
