Hey All!

If you love BiggerPockets and you love real estate, here's a great opportunity to show your appreciation (and possibly become a star ;)

BiggerPockets needs VIDEO TESTIMONIALS from our members (YOU).

We want to show the world why YOU invest in real estate.

Interested? Awesome!!

Here's what you have to do!

Record a High Quality 45 second video answering ONE question.

- Why do YOU invest in real estate?

- You can do this from a phone recording or through your computer.

Pretty easy, right?!

Upload your 45 second video to YouTube and paste the URL in THIS thread.

We will choose a handful of submissions that we may use for commercial, advertising/ branding, and other very helpful purposes!

We truly appreciate all your help and participation!

I am very excited to hear why YOU invest in real estate :)!!!!

Definitely! Investing in RE was my idea after we retired. Didn't know where to start and then I found you guys. So after reading and reading some more, podcasts, etc. we took the plunge! It's been a great experience and we've learned so much from everyone in the community. We are so grateful that we have this resource and refer to BP all the time - this is where we find our answers.
Thank you to this awesome community!

Wow! I didn't expect so much substantive content in a 46 second video.
Your I.D.E.A.L. acronym was spot on!
@Zachary Gwin please don't penalize him for running 1 second over-time.
Excellent job @Rusty Awalt !!!

@Dave Meyer It's good to be the first to post, isn't it?
My question is how did you place your video in the comment so it shows as more than just a link?
