I know some people have followed my story or have seen my real estate wish list. Of course one of the top things I've wanted was a Lamborghini because they exhibited power and grace. A symbol of success and the fruit of hard work.
At the ripe age of 27, I fulfilled a childhood dream of over 10 years. Today I beat hundreds of haters and naysayers who thought I couldn't do it.
But more than anything, this car will stand as a motivating factor for me every single day. That no one can tell me no and that nothing is impassable. I can and will achieve everything I want to.
This will just be the beginning of greater things and I'm super excited to continue growing and moving forward!

Kidding - It's important to enjoy the money you work hard to earn. I'm sure some on BP will give you crap for splurging, but at the same time say "Remember your why!". Perhaps your "why" was a desire to buy a sweet car!

@David Zheng LOL. I remember you saying that you will NOT purchase a Lambo using the refi money from that property you fixed up :P
Please feedback after a few months of ownership if it's still worth having or if you would have preferred to put the money down on a commercial property. Sometimes you just need to get something out of your system, keep in mind that you can always sell it and recoup a good chunk of cost if you bought it properly.
Ive had a couple good deals since the refi that helped pay for this one ;) and you are correct I definitely had an exit strategy in case I decided to sell this one.

I think it is so important to have goals and to take action to make sure the goals come true. You have clearly taken action and made sure you could achieve this goal!
A lot of people have goals that in all actuality are really wishes because they don't take action to achieve the goals.

I remember you story about the apartment and it gave me motivation to tell myself I can do the same thing or something simalar. keep looking for the deals.

Its funny you ask. I've already gotten requests to use businesses and restaurants for free if I park it outside, Free valet, reservations for photoshoots. This thing makes some money on the side ;)
