Need help with Emergency Call services

We recently took over the management of our own rental units. We currently have 4 units and we were looking for solutions to help with emergency call services. What do you guys recommend to help deal with emergency calls (eg. fire, flooding, leaks etc.) tenant call screening. Would love to hear your thoughts.

Hello Sid,

Self-managing can be difficult, especially if you don't have the right team. You need to connect with an HVAC guy, plumber, general contractor/handyman. I'd recommend that, since you are managing, you are the person taking most of the calls or someone who also shares ownership with you.
