Foreign Investors in USA property market.

I am a full time intensive care physician 

was working  London most of my life, moved to Abu Dhabi 2 years ago.

I started to invest in real estate few years ago, mainly in UK, Egypt, Cyprus and Turkey.

I was planing to start investing in USA two years ago but sadly I was extremely busy with work.

I will USA shortly to attend the BP conference and I would love to connect with like minded professionals specially those with experience in investing in USA as a foreigner.

We have a number of partners that are foreign investors; feel free to reach for referrals to; lenders, attorneys, CPAs etc. that work with foreign investors.

    We have worked with many foreign investors over the years. Started back in 2010 when the US dollar started to get weak and foreign currency was gaining some strength. At that time most of the investors we worked with were from Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.  We were able to connect them to the right ppl to get LLCs and US bank accounts set up so that they could purchase properties and qualify for long-term private financing.

    Hi Emad, Have you considered investing in medical space? Often times the cash flow is better and the management is easier which can be advantageous for an international investor.
