Is anyone else seeing an uptick in mid-term rental demand in Vacation Destinations?
Here in Ventura/ Santa Barbara/ Ojai I'm noticing more investors looking at MTRs and, anecdotally, seeing increased demand for furnished housing from professionals on short-term contracts at Naval Base Ventura County, local hospitals, contractors, relocations, and people from LA looking for a month or two away. Curious if others in the Vacation Destinations area are seeing the same thing. What are you seeing in terms of demand of MTR Vrs. STR?

Once the City of Ventura started rolling out their more aggressive STR regulations we've seen an increase in investors looking at what else they can do with their property. Many of them are taking a hard look at MTR and a smaller percentage at LTR.
