I am looking to get into the wholesaling world. I am new to real estate investing and have always been the consumer but have recently realized that I am able to identify deals and speak with people who have opportunities. I am in NC and would love to connect with someone who would be willing to help me with wholesaling and being prepared for my first deal. @Account Closed I honestly just chat to people anywhere that I go (gym, out, restaurants, etc.) and someone always seems to know someone. I also just watch when I am driving around as well as source through software like Propstream. I am the finance director for a building company in Raleigh and own my own STR at the beach.
