Wholesaling - New Investor
I am looking to get into the wholesaling world. I am new to real estate investing and have always been the consumer but have recently realized that I am able to identify deals and speak with people who have opportunities. I am in NC and would love to connect with someone who would be willing to help me with wholesaling and being prepared for my first deal. I have a few hard leads who are just negotiating price with me now so I want to be ready to go once we agree. Thanks and can't wait to meet some awesome new people.
