Is Las Vegas a good market to wholesale?

I'm based in Las Vegas and want to start wholesaling real estate here, but I've heard it's not a good market because it's too expensive for investors. Any insight on this?

I have a good friend who is a wholesaler in Las Vegas. He also buys rental properties on the side. I would be happy to connect you. As far as I know buyers are still buying in Las Vegas so its a good market to wholesale in
