Batchdialer numbers being flagged as spam on the first call made

Hi all,

I'm having an issue and I was wondering if it is a common issue or if it is specific to my case. I recently started getting numbers from Batch Dialer that are immediately flagged as spam on my very first call by calling colleagues phones or even testing it out by calling my own cell phone number. I have contacted Batch Dialer repeatedly and they simply try to sell me the Advanced Phone Reputation which is only available by increasing the price of the service by more than twice the amount.

Are people having similar issues on other dialing services such as Mojo? I will obviously have to switch services if other dialers can provide clean numbers. Also, is there any process I can run through to warm the number up into not being flagged as spam before contacting leads on it?

Batch is telling you what the price is for the service they provide. I'm not sure what more you want.                

Don鈥檛 you just hate it when spam calls are identified as spam calls?

    Batch is telling you what the price is for the service they provide. I'm not sure what more you want.

    @Account Closed Thanks for the feedback. Their service states that they ensure spam labeling protection up to specified numbers of calls and it was also mentioned when I called them regarding their services so I disagree that purchasing their multidialer service and being given a number that is marked as spam on the first call is anything less than unacceptable. Regardless, my main question is whether this is a common occurrence on all platforms or if it is specific to Batch Dialer.

    People are being bombarded with spam texts and calls all the time - no matter what these companies say IMO a ton of people are absolutely tired of these sorts of communications and going to start assuming/flagging anything like this as spam

    Lol, you nailed it, Don! I've gotten to where if I don't know the caller, I don't answer. I figure if it's a legit or important call they will leave a message. They rarely do.....

    Hi John,

    Around a year ago, I encountered a similar issue while using batchdialer. I kept needing to rearrange phone numbers frequently. To be frank, I believe this is just a part of the process. To tackle this, I brought in a VA who now manages this task for me, as it was consuming too much of my time. Currently, we're contemplating switching to a different dialer to see if we can achieve a better outcome.

    You can register the phone numbers with all the major carriers to decrease your chances of being flagged for free. Don't just pay more.

    That problem probably is a carry over from the user before you that used it until it got the spam designation and then they dropped the number. Batch just recycles old numbers they have access to. You may want to drop the number yorself and try a new one.

    Hey @Elliot Angus,

    I would check out Kixie or Ready mode. Great dialer systems with high connection rates. They do a great job keeping their numbers verified and cycling through ones that have been marked as spam.
