New Wholesaler - Contract Paralysis, Where to get them?

Luis Castro
Posted

“Hello everyone, I’m Luis, I’m new to wholesaling real estate in St. Louis. I feel ready to start hunting for properties, but I’ll admit the topic of contracts makes me a bit nervous. I’ve read books and watched educational videos, but I still don’t feel very confident. I think seeing an actual, properly drafted contract would really help me understand what to include and what to avoid.

Does anyone know a reliable resource or place where I can find an ‘official’ contract or agreement for wholesaling? I’ve looked at sites like Rocket Lawyer, but I’d love your suggestions.

Also, any advice or tips on creating, verifying, or adding clauses to contracts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much for your help!”

Hi @Luis Castro,

There are definitely some free sources online if you look hard enough but I would also recommend checking out Law Depot. They have been around for quite awhile and offer a 7 day free trial. They allow you to customize your own contracts based on your area and their templates are super easy to navigate.
