Hey BP to all the pro. I recently started marketing for more buyers and have a list of about 80 people who bought properties for cash and don't live at that address now what is the best way to make contact....send letter Try to get number and make contact...

Sure you could send them letters. But with only 80 buyers, i would sort them by # houses bought or owned, start with the biggest one, and call 8 of them per day for the next 10 days.

This is a PEOPLE and RELATIONSHIP business - 100%. Who impresses you the most - someone who sends you a 50 cent postcard? Or someone that takes the time to call you on the phone?

Plus, imagine all the market and REI intelligence that you could collect in 60-80 conversations with local investors. Don't hesitate to make the personal relationships sooner rather than later because it is the relationships that lead to the revenue/profit in this business....
