Anyone else feel like callers waste half their day on the wrong leads?
A lead can look amazing on paper and still end up being a complete time drain once the calls actually start.
Bad owner matches.
Wrong numbers.
LLCs with messy ownership.
Five phone numbers and no clue which one is real.
Leads that technically fit the filters but never go anywhere.
Meanwhile, another “less exciting” lead ends up producing an actual conversation almost immediately because the ownership/contact side is cleaner.
Honestly feels like a lot of outbound teams are optimizing list pulling and skip tracing… but not optimizing what happens AFTER the data comes back.
I’ve actually been testing a prioritization/contactability process around this lately, and it’s been interesting seeing how different the “best lead operationally” can be from the “best lead on paper.”
Curious if others are seeing the same thing:
Are your callers wasting more time on bad data, bad prioritization, or just too much noise overall?
