Is there a Podio app out there that can send names and addresses of leads that I want to mail straight to a direct mail company like gobigprinting.com or similar?

I'm actually trying to accomplish this myself with my Podio Direct Mail Campaign Manager (you can go to my blog and watch my tutorials on how to set it up yourself).
I figured out how to do it using Lob and TryPaper but using those services the cost per letter is about ~$1.07 which is expensive.
I've also been working with Jerry Puckett of MarketLikeAWholesaler.com to be able to have Podio send them a mailing list (based of a mailing schedule in Podio) and then they would put the letters together. This is very promising and I'm excited to see if it will work. I'm still in the VERY early stages of developing the system and working with Jerry to get the right information to the right place.
Sending a single postcard or yellow letter would be pretty expensive but possible sure. Are you trying to simply send marketing or were you referring more to contracts? Want to better understand your goal here.

@Evan Roberts - I am trying to take 2500 probate leads that I have imported to Podio and send out letters using a direct mail service website. I am curious if there is a way to streamline the process so I don't have to import the same leads to the direct mail site in order to send out the mailing the first time, or the 2-3 followup mailings I plan to do.
@Scott Costello - I have been using your tutorials to set up my Podio. Thanks so much for taking the time to outline the Podio setup! I am familiar with working on databases, but I wasn't sure where to start. The tutorials have helped me make some progress in only a day or two.
It looks like you have Podio set up to actually print the letters and envelopes on your own printer. Then you stuff and stamp the envelopes. Is this correct?
I am thinking that I don't need all the apps that you have setup for the mailings. I just need to determine what columns the direct mail service needs in the list I upload to them, and have Podio produce that. Is there a Podio app that will take certain data from the database and create an excel export?
I will also need Podio to create tasks to cue me to send out the 2nd and 3rd mailings after a certain number of days.
I plan on using GoBigprinting.com to send out yellow letters for now. Is there another service that I should use that is better/cheaper?
I am excited to hear more about the integration you are working on with MarketLikeAWholesaler.com. Is there a thread where you are sharing this info?

I don't have a thread, but when I figure it out I'll will post a tutorial on my blog about how to set it up. I'm fairly far off from that point though as I am working on another Podio project at the moment.
I would use GlobiFlow for this. You can pick and choose which fields you want included in your export and have it exported to an Excel file.
Yes, my Podio setup will create a single PDF file that includes all the letters. Then I have to go in and print them manually to my printer...then stuff and stamp.
I haven't used GoBigPrinting or any other type of service like this just yet. But the others are YellowLetters.com and MarketLikeAWholesaler.com. I think pricing is comparable between them all.
