I am looking to connect with other wholesalers and agents in the Philadelphia market. I am a licensed agent at a private real estate investment brokerage. My team and I are currently doing around 30 wholesale transactions per month all over the Philadelphia and surrounding counties. I am always looking to work with and learn from other professionals in the field.
I personally don't wholesale but my go-to wholesaler in Philly is Property Buyers Connect. I have found some of my best deals with them so I highly recommend.
