I need someone to wholesale a property for me in North County

I need some recommendations for people who do this in North County St Louis. I have a house I need to get off my books ASAP. It’s worth 50-60 and I’d like to get 45,000 out of it. Anyone know a great wholesaler? What should I look out for?

It's going to be very difficult to wholesale a property worth $50-60k for $45k.
There's simply not enough meat on the bone for an investor at these numbers.

non starter wholesalers will offer you 20 to 25k for that.. best to list it on MLS and sell for highest dollar.
as a seller last thing you want to do is deal with low ballers or wholesalers.. if you want top dollar.
