HNew to wholeselling haven’t had first deal any recommendations

I’ve been in this for about 3 months I’ve talked to people, done driving for dollars, posted flyers in stores, partnered up with 2 real estate agents have a facsbook business page and no deal yet, any recommendations ?

pretty tough on the west coast.. I suspect if you put the time and energy into building a real estate sales career that might be more fruitful.. especially in Seattle were the price points are so high.. and its something if you get good at you can do for a lifetime.. and make some darn good money along the way..
