QuickFlip AutoPilot System

Has anyone tried the QuickFlip AutoPilot system promoted by Peter Souhleris? I'm skeptical as the claims (success and ease of implementing) seem to good to be true; however, if it's a legit system/program, then it seems like a good option for someone who is a part-time REI.

I was wondering the same thing. Couldn't really find too many reviews on it. It does sound like a good system though.

@Aaron Anderson, I bought the program. I’ve gone through all of the audio just to jump in. Now I’m starting over and applying what I’m learning. He breaks it all down into small bites, for which I’m grateful.
He doesn’t make any pie in the sky claims. Makes sure you know you have to work at it. He sets expectations that you will make mistakes and that it’s ok.
I'm enjoying it. Not looking forward to my first REIA meeting though. I hate being put on the spot.

@Aaron Anderson the Company had hundreds of Complaints filed against them with the St. Louis, MO BBB in 2016. Since then they have changed their Company name. Most of the complaints were about them misleading the Consumer. I wasn’t able to find anything on the System that they offer. You may want to look at their ratings with the BBB. I’d would try to find a more Googleable Company for Lead Generations.

They do have a lot of compliments on the BBB but that is for their seminars and retreats. They are Mainly complaining about not making money after the education.
I’m interested too but skeptical. I really like the website that you can make through the program.

I watched the webinar and it sounded really good because of the people that have used it. Then I started doing some research. As a digital marketer, I know how to track down reputations and rankings online. Here's what I've discovered:
1. He has ZERO posts on BiggerPockets and the other real estate sites. Good business owners belong to the best forum sites so that, at the very minimum, they can track what people are saying about them and answer questions.
2. Along the lines of #1, I'd expect him to jump into this conversation and address your questions for the world to see.
3. In his webinar, he makes a great point of basically copying what other successful sites are doing. This is something I do for my clients as well. Then he directs you to SimilarWeb.com like I do for my clients. But if you look up BoldAutoPilot.com it has a global rank of 11,000,000 and doesn't have enough data to find any competitors. That's not a good sign.
I disagree that there's no short cut. While I'm just getting into real estate, there is always a short cut... it's called education. Learn... Copy... Make it better.
I'm passing on this one though.

Can someone actually explain more of what the specific details are here? First thing I think when I hear "quick flip" is the obvious "not possible" or "not real"

i was about to purchase his systems but now I'm hesitant.i wanted to make use of deal analyzer and how to make landing pages for buyers and sellers. education is important for sure but following ready made proven systems sounds helpful too.

been asking for a refund, 1 week out of enrolling. they said no questions asked, but now they want me to make 3 offers. after 1 week ? what a joke
