Wholesaling Beginner Info

Posted

I am 39 and looking to retire at 55. I have been in management for 15 years as an employee. I have made companies profits in the millions...yet if I miss 30 days of paychecks I am put out. Looking for option to generate passive income to cash flow investments.

Any and all advice is welcome!

Wholesaling is a good bet. Keep in mind if you do it the same way as 97% of the people that failed are doing, chances are you will fail. Think, use logic, be smart, don't blindly listen to others because they seemingly know more than you. Don't listen to anyone that hasn't done a single wholesale deal before... and making marketing your dirty dirty mistress!
