Do Wholesale deals with $100k + in equity exist in South Florida?
Hello everyone, I’m currently on the market looking for wholesale deals in South Florida. I have been researching and looking for deals that have at least $150k in equity but have had no luck. I have $750k to invest but cannot find any deals that make sense in investing to. I just want to know If what I am currently looking for is impossible or If I’m not looking in the correct places. Your help is greatly appreciated!
