That is what I have been using for a couple month. I do like the convenience of it being all in one. If you are looking for more cost-effective options you can try roor.io or salesmate.io I have not used them yet but I am looking into them for alternate solutions. They have more affordable per inbound/outbound sms costs. @Cody Gray

@Mike Barone I've been using batchleads for a little as well, but what I can't figure out is if there's a way to pull fresh property data, as opposed to having to use something like propstream to keep exporting/importing between systems. How have you been using it? Is there anything you find particularly useful?

@Mohammad A. Batch does have an upgrade you can pay for 59$ per month to pull list data. I personally have not used that data yet, but it is integrated with batch so you dont have to use 2 different systems.

yea i'm about to try my luck with it. Got a deal off a bandit sign and now I'm gonna take that marketing money and try with texts. You can also connect batchleads with twilio via zappier in order to do RVM/Voice broadcasting as well. Gonna try with the texts first though.
Be careful! I've done a bunch of research on this company, and found at least one case where they DID NOT scrub data they sold against the Fed DNC list (Do not call list). I talked to one of their investor customers that may have to deal with the Feds on this? I also learned of landlords (at least in one case) that are getting HARMED by high volumes of text spams and calls from investors. At least in the Minneapolis metro area Batchleads has WAY oversold this service and their just pissing of property owners.

I"ll try to be as objective as I can here. :) Having the insights that I do on this landscape, I'd recommend checking out Lead Sherpa and you can determine on your own how it matches up.
For one, our model is all inclusive. It includes everything you'd need to start texting (phone lines, unlimited texting, unlimited calling, unlimited users, follow ups etc) without paying for each part on a subscription.
We also have had a longer runway to build out a product that is robust for a smooth experience while having a large enough support team around you to ensure you are quickly helped.

Hey @Sam P. thanks for asking. Since we are the first and the front runner by volume, we tend to experience the wave first before it ripples throughout the industry.
Last year March, we did experience an outage with AT&T. We worked with them over a few weeks to come to a middle ground. We got back to sending messages to AT&T within a few weeks.
In December, we had to do something similar with Verizon. We are now back to sending messages to Verizon prospects with some technology we've added.

Use anyone else REI Pro, Propstream, Deal machine before batch leads I have found. I was not happy with the offering so I made a change back to propstream and they refuse to cancel my membership after 3 calls, 10 emails, so be careful there as I have become like a hostage to use the software.

I signed up for the "Free Trial". Batchleads billed my account Twice on the same day $39 And $59 for totaling $98. The 800 864-8153 number on my bill is on a loop that says press 1 for sales. I PRESSED 1 5x AND the ROBOT Hung Up on Me. WARNING: THEY will Steal youR money and DIP

I would personally not recommend BatchLeads. The company gets more and more greedier over the time. They have raised their prices double over a few months period we have been using their platform. Since you have skip-traced lists with them you pretty much locked. If you cancel your account all your data will be lost. Also there is strict no refund policy, even from your wallet. You will have to go and leave any unused amount you got in your BatchLeads Wallet. I like the product but their policies drowning them down in competition. I hope they will see this feedback one day.

Although wholesaling is always a numbers game, there are things you can do to improve your chances. Sharing the same data source as everyone else means the lead is more likely to be saturated already.
Finding unique data sources or just being on top of publicly available information could do wonders.

Hi Konstantin - sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We've changed a lot since you've been around I imagine, including the addition of free skip trace credits. You were trying a base plan and add-on at the time, though a lot has changed since then and cancelation is smooth if you decide to leave. Sorry you had a poor experience in the past!
