Looks like no one hopped on this thread so I figured I'd answer. I know a lot of people who are in the wholesaling industry and what we are seeing is that texting won't be a viable marketing method for long at all. Company's and Regulators are cracking down on how texting can be used, and soon it will basically be illegal or too expensive to stay in compliance. If you're already using it, keep using it while it works, if you have never done text campaigns before though I wouldn't waste the time.

I’ve found mass texting to be super effective. Quick, direct, and great for reaching lots of people from the area at once. I tried a few systems recently, but Smarter Contact has worked well for me so I am not changing it to anything else.

Hey Lawrence, absolutely. Texting is one of our primary marketing channels and it's been consistent for us.

We use Launch Control and we're seeing about a 4.1x return on ad spend over the past year. The key is your list quality and your follow up cadence. A lot of people blast once and move on. The deals are usually in the follow-up touches, not the first message. However if the homeowner is not interested, dont text them again to be compliant with regulation. In addition if they opt out.

Additionally if you pair this with a solid script and a VA to help manage responses, it becomes a scalable channel. Happy to share a discount code for Launch Control if you want to try it out, shoot me a DM!
