Good day!

My name is Raven Hammersky. I have been a nurse for over 17 years. I am married and have a one year old daughter.

My husband and I have been interested in real estate for a few years now. We have owned two primary residences, with no further experience.

We are beginners looking to start up a business with residential rental and vacation rental properties.

Any advice and recommendations are greatly appreciated!

    Welcome, I am currently building a portfolio of Vacation rentals,  just purchased a house in Tucson. Looking to add in the Phoenix area in the future. Happy to share anything I know.

     Congrats on wanting to move forward.  I would just say do your homework and find and use professionals that you trust.
