Hey everyone! Excited to officially join the BiggerPockets community.

I'm a mortgage lender and spent a lot of my career focused on conventional financing, but over the last few years I've really dug into the investor side of lending, especially DSCR loans and other investor-focused products. I also work quite a bit with FHA, VA, and USDA financing.

Looking forward to learning from everyone here, talking real estate, and hopefully being a helpful resource when financing questions come up. Excited to be part of the community!
