Hi everyone! 

I'm Jon Jozefowski and I'm with Longhorn Investments, a direct hard money lender. I'm based in the Indianapolis area and primarily work with real estate investors involved in fix & flips, rental/DSCR properties, and new construction projects across Indiana and the other states we operate in.

I've spent nearly 10 years in real estate, starting out in wholesaling and have been helping buyers and sellers as a Realtor.  I’m also on the investing side with flips and rental properties, so I’ve had the opportunity to experience the business from several different angles.  Having been on the investor side, I understand there’s a lot more to a deal than just the numbers, and I enjoy being able to bring that perspective into what I do today.  

I hope to be a resource and share some of my experience from both the investing and lending sides of the business.  I’m looking forward to connecting with investors, others in the industry, and being a part of BP community!
