Hello from Kansas — Looking to Connect with Real Estate Investors

Hi everyone!

I'm based in Topeka, Kansas, and I'm excited to become part of the BiggerPockets community.

My background is in education and business, and I've recently focused my professional work on real estate financing. I help real estate investors connect with private capital and financing solutions for projects such as fix-and-flips, rental properties, acquisitions, bridge financing, DSCR financing, and new construction.

I'm here to learn from other investors, expand my understanding of different real estate strategies, and build genuine relationships with investors and other real estate professionals.

I'm especially interested in connecting with investors, wholesalers, real estate agents, contractors, and other professionals who are actively involved in real estate.

Looking forward to learning from the community and contributing where I can.

Welcome to BP. You’re in a useful seat, especially if you’re willing to get specific about the box instead of just saying “we lend.” We’ve been building around the other side of that problem: taking real deal inventory, normalizing it, and matching it against what capital sources will actually finance so good opportunities aren’t just sprayed across a lender list. Definitely connect with me. I’d be interested in seeing what your current box looks like — states, deal sizes, property types, leverage, and the stuff you absolutely won’t touch.

@Belinda Rodriguez Great to connect! With your focus on real estate financing, I'd love to connect and learn more about what you're working on. I may also be able to help with lending options for acquisitions, rentals, DSCR, bridge, and new construction. Feel free to reach out anytime!

I am a local Realtor who is involved with the local real investor meetup group here in Topeka. My son and I work with lots of local investors and you might be a great connection for our friends and customers.
