Pittsburgh Investors — In Town Oct. 6–7
I’ll be in Pittsburgh this week and would love to connect with a few local investors and real estate professionals while I’m there.
I’ll be attending the ACRE Vendor/Sponsor Expo Tuesday evening, October 6, and I’m keeping part of Wednesday open to grab coffee or lunch and meet people who are actively doing business in the Pittsburgh market.
My wife and I are building Harvest Stone Ventures, primarily focused on buy-and-hold opportunities in the Pittsburgh area. Our preference is 2–4 unit multifamily, especially 3–4 units, although we’ll absolutely consider the right single-family deal.
I’m particularly interested in meeting buy-and-hold investors, creative-finance investors experienced with Subject-To or seller financing, DSCR/private lenders, property managers, wholesalers, contractors, and other local operators.
I grew up in Pittsburgh, so I already have a connection to the area. Now we’re focused on building the local relationships and team that will help us grow there long term.
If you’ll be at ACRE Tuesday, let me know and we can connect there. Otherwise, if you’re available Wednesday for coffee or lunch, feel free to comment or message me.

Sounds like you’re building the right team for Pittsburgh. Since you’re focused on 2–4 units and buy-and-hold, I’d spend more time comparing the actual cash flow and neighborhood than getting too attached to one market. If you’re open to looking outside Pittsburgh, I’d also keep the Midwest on your radar, where lower entry prices and solid multifamily opportunities are worth comparing.
