@Siahna Im thank you for this, I love the question! Mine is fresh: in August and September we did our first four paid renovation projects in Switzerland, in about five weeks, in a country where we don't speak the local language. We wrote our mistakes back into our rules, and the margin went from 31% on the first job to 61% on a turnkey bathroom.
