There are a number of times I would have walked away early had I not had the tolerance to endure. 

They aren’t advertised - the investor must WORK the deal to create them, and will need to endure many rejections before he’s able to successfully conclude a deal.

Having been to many real estate seminars, I was used to receiving just enough information to get hungry for success, only to endure a pitch fest for products and services I could not afford.

i figured some agency was tapping my phone to see if i was some type of threat. i feel sorry for those guys who had to endure my boring phone calls!  

I also know that there are so many of our Veterans that have endured so much hardship, and lost so much.

I have lost my entire life’s savings from losses upon losses endured in 2015 and 2016.

*Have sufficient capital to 1) invest in exceptional design and amenities to stand out in a saturated market and 2) endure the low season.
