I would love to learn how to decipher which areas are "in transition" with the hope of gaining appreciation.

Something I have considered getting into to learn a bit, but I'm always more interested in putting the deal together than I am working a construction job.I think my strategy at this point is going to be looking for deals, and trying to decipher what I could do with it ie. wholesale it, flip it, or BRRR.

I went to TAD.gov on my phone and it mentioned delimited versions, I don't know what that means and my storage on my phone is running low so I didn't try to download it -is the delimited data the way you were able to decipher this information?

If they have to decipher what you say, look stuff up, research your stuff, they will charge for that. 

BiggerPockets & Facebook leads are easy to identify the source as it's obvious.As for which search engine search is resulting in a closed deal that is a little bit more difficult to decipher.
