I also have a contracting history in the auto industry now but in a completely different field, Robotics.

you will laugh at this but I am a robotics scientist having worked in top 3 leading VIP facilities around.

My only complaint about GV is that when you call, you get an automated robot woman that says "Let me try to reach----" and that seems so.... businessy to me.

THIS is super-intelligent robot that is going to take over the world?

Due to Automotive, Engineering, Bio Medical and Machine learning technologies - AI, Robotics, Fuel Cell, Driverless etc etc. 

We get a ton of those with our rent to buy homes, and then they get mad when we don't sell it to them for a discount.I get so many of them talking like a robot.

Our motivational force ought to be passion, but this is lost from the moment we step into a system that trains us, rather than inspires us.We are more than robotic bookshelves, conditioned to blurt out facts we were taught in school.

. - might consider upgrading fixtures if it will make the place brighter and a little more appealing.Curb Appeal - best bank for your buck- sweet equity.Appraisers are people too, not robots, so a home that feels comfortable, well maintained and clean will affect the value.

The attitude of EVERYONE there is that unless you are going to go for one of their fee-based programs, they are quick to write you off and will just transfer you to the robots in India who you just want to cuss at all day because they are absolutely worthless!
